45 mins – Wrap up your knuckles and start your boxing fitness journey with our inclusive Boxing skills class. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert ABA qualified coaches will guide you through an engaging programme that builds skills, confidence and strength. Get ready to punch your way to a new level of fitness
45 mins – Unleash your inner fighter in our Bag Blast class. With 10 intense rounds on the bag, this class caters to all fitness levels. The difficulty level is determined by your effort, ensuring a challenging workout that pushes you to new limits. Get ready to sweat, punch, and conquer!
45 mins | Age 7-12 – Introduce your kids to the art of boxing in our exciting skill-building class. Led by experienced trainers, this programme focuses on developing techniques, coordination and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
45 mins | 2 per week – Age 13 – 17 – Empower your teens with our specialised boxing skills class. Led by expert trainers, this programme hones technique, agility and discipline while instilling confidence. Unlease their potential, build resilience and foster a passion for boxing.
45 mins – Push your limits and break a sweat in our high-energy Bootcamp class. Combining cardio, strength, and endurance exercises, this dynamic workout challenges your fitness level. Join us for an intense session that will leave you feeling stronger, fitter and accomplished.

45 mins | 2 per week – Empower yourself in our exclusive ladies class. A mis of boxing, strength and fitness exercises in a safe and supportive environment. We offer a space where all women can train comfortably, with the option for Hijabi women to remove their scarf if desired. Train with confidence and join

Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! You can join a class or PT session as a drop-in or can purchase one of our class packages.
Whilst we do recommend that you bring your own gloves, you will also be able to rent some from reception for £3 per visit. You can purchase gloves from reception and our team will happily consult on which would be the best choice for you.
You will have access to showers and a fully equipped changing area that includes lockers and hair dryers. In addition to this, you will also be able to borrow a towel free of charge.

Absolutely! We recommend our Southern Area Skills Class as it is specifically designed for beginners. To book, click here. If you have any special requirements or concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will require 24 hrs notice to cancel any pre-booked session and this should be done through the online booking platform.
Just yourself! However, if you would like to train in our ring during your session you will need to bring a pair of boxing shoes, which are available to purchase from Reception (size 6+ only). We also sell wraps, gloves, drinks, and snacks in our café.
