At Storm LDN we offer a variety of classes that are designed to help you reach your individual fitness goals, whether you are looking to lean up, improve your stamina, or gain strength. At Storm LDN we do things differently; our class content is regularly updated to ensure that your body is constantly challenged, and your head is kept in the game.
STORM LDN – Boxing Skills Class
45 mins - This class will help you to advance your current skill set by implementing more complex hand combinations and introducing you to the bag. This class combines intermediate boxing skills with an energetic workout that is designed to help you reach new limits.
BAG BLAST – 10 rounds
45 mins - Glove up and get ready for a 10-round blast on the punchbag. Push yourself to the max whilst learning new skills and combinations that will improve your boxing.
SMALL AND MIGHTY – junior skills class
45 mins | Age 7-11 - It’s time to let the small and mighty take centre stage! This class is designed to allow boys and girls aged 7 – 11 to let loose and have fun whilst learning new skills and improving overall fitness.
STORM RAISERS – junior skills class
45 mins | 2 per week – Age 12 – 1 6 - It’s time to let the youngsters take centre stage! This class is designed to allow boys and girls aged 12 – 16 to improve overall fitness. Boxing is an excellent sport for teaching self- discipline and increasing self-confidence.
THE STORM – signature bootcamp
45 mins - Our signature, bootcamp-style fitness class is guaranteed to take your workout to a whole new level.
CHAMPION – strength + conditioning
45 mins - Train like a champion in a class that is designed to improve overall strength and conditioning, whilst helping to build a toned and sculpted physique.
K.O. – speed, agility + endurance
45 mins - Come and get K.O.’d by this high-intensity cardio class that will help to improve your speed, agility and endurance.
WILDFIRE – HIIT
30 mins - Get your metabolism burning like wildfire in this short but challenging HIIT session.
(G)IRL FORCE – female only class
45 mins | 2 per week - This female-only class incorporates self-defence with a targeted workout to help improve fitness, power and confidence. It’s tough out there for us girls, so come along and find your inner storm.
REBUILD – Conditioning and Flexibility
45 mins | 2 per week – This class is designed to help you regain your strength after time taken away from exercise, perfect for any new mothers looking for a way to gently rebuild their strength..

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a member to use Storm LDN?
Nope! You can join a class or PT session as a drop-in or can purchase one of our class packages.
Do I need to bring my own gloves?
Whilst we do recommend that you bring your own gloves, you will also be able to rent some from reception for £3 per visit. You can purchase gloves from reception and our team will happily consult on which would be the best choice for you.
What facilities are offered?
You will have access to showers and a fully equipped changing area that includes lockers and hair dryers. In addition to this, you will also be able to borrow a towel free of charge.
How do I book?

Will I be able to join a class if I have never boxed before?
Absolutely! We recommend our Southern Area Skills Class as it is specifically designed for beginners. To book, click here. If you have any special requirements or concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will require 24 hrs notice to cancel any pre-booked session and this should be done through the online booking platform.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! However, if you would like to train in our ring during your session you will need to bring a pair of boxing shoes, which are available to purchase from Reception (size 6+ only). We also sell wraps, gloves, drinks, and snacks in our café.
Do I have to wear a mask whilst I’m training?
Not unless you would be more comfortable doing so. Please regularly check our Covid-19 page for updates on our policies.
